Oh, now I get it.
Maybe I didn't notice this because I use multiple sets together often to make the cities more diverse.

Well even more because of this:
The Polish buildings from the BaNaNas version only show up in Temperate Climate.

So, if you want some Polish buildings in Arctic, use the version Kamnet linked to.
But it will be different from the Temperate-Only version from BaNaNas

It's a shame that the new version is only for temperate, after all, Poland also has snow

However, the old version does not work in combination with other sets, it must be used separately. :(

Sadly, OpenTTD Coop is a broken mess these days. Thankfully the Internet Archive is here to save the day.

Okay, so for once I'm at a loss. I've got a file, famous_skyscrapers.grf. It contains graphics made by Ayuroom in the old Graphics Development thread. It may or may not have originally been an .exe file. I thought somebody posted it in the thread but I sure can't find it there or anywhere else. It contains the original World Trade Center, Empire State Building, Sears Tower and Two International Finance Center (2IFC). Anybody else remember who made it, or better yet, link to the post with the NewGRF?

These?

I found these also a long long time ago (indeed some as .exe) and recoded them for my personal games as objects.
Will try to see if I can find the original file names and point you to those on the forum (i am pretty sure they are still deep down there somewhere)

Yep, that's them. I know where the original source files are, but no idea how I ended up up with the NewGRF. GRFID is 4B460001. And having trouble finding when it was created, because Windows says it was last modified on October 27, 2013 12:54 AM but says it was created on February 22, 2020 at 1:06 AM.

You mean that that GRF is a bundle of those buildings as objects?
I think (but I speculate), that someone has made a GRF containing them all kind of unapproved/unofficial (and since then removed), as I believe none of those graphics have a license that allows those graphics to be (re)used...

Also, originally, I think they were coded as buildings/houses and not as objects.
So, if you have them as objects, that GRF is certainly not a 100% official approved release... ;-)

Nope, it's a building NewGRF.

I just realized, the GRFID starting with 4B46... is "KF". Which is me.

Which leads me to believe that this might be an EXE conversion using GRDtoGRF. But I don't ever remember doing that for these, and I wouldn't have used my ID for it, I would have used whoever posted the EXE file, because back 10-something years ago I did a bunch of conversions for Rob's old sets. But I'm pretty sure this isn't Rob's work. Hmmm.

It's, at this moment, unreleased work from OzTrans (the one that also made the original screenshot for the ScreenShot Competition)

Does anybody know a NewGRF set which features wild or zoo animals?

I know that GarryG has kangaroos and salties but beyond that I do not remember anything.

Want to populate a zoo and looking for species like polar bear and grizzly, lion and tiger, elephant, rhino, zebra, maybe some deer and wild boar.

Zebra could be made from horse by "re-coloring" and I think there was also some Santa Claus-themed graphics set from which the deer could be taken but even about that I only have a fuzzy memory.

Aside from Garry G's work on mostly farm animals and kangaroos, I'm not aware of anybody making other animal objects.

Ask the developers.

There was a link to Google Drive on CZTR Facebook, it's there somewhere. But honestly, I don't know if they already removed it because they want to rework it.
