Can One way and two become icons
<--
and
<-->

or maybe
1-way and 2-way

As the words don't really fit on the button.

This patch is very useful. Why isn't it in the trunk yet? Are there any bugs in it?

i've got the latest integration build which includes this.

its freeking awsome, especially when trying to do long stretches of tracks, or PBS junctions.

wheni said "Its Freeking Awsome" i meant This patch is freeking awsome, although the intergrated build is too. i've got to say that currently, this, PBS and Subsidiaries have got to be my top 3 patches(i think they are the only 3 i recognised that were actually in there as i used them.)

There's only one thing left to do, to make this feature complete. Move the signals window to a position where it doesn't cover any of the railway toolbar.

And making the dropown close when you click on the arrow when it's open and making it compatible with the new pbs signals and fixing the autocomplete feature so it woun't replace my PBS signals with semaphores

I think that's what's left

Whats about the latest svn source... will this diff work ?

Or is there a bugfix at work for new pbs ?

I think this is a great patch and should be integrated in the nightly next.

HackyKid updated the code to work with the current SVN but I don't think he has finished debugging it yet.

AFAIK the signal autocompletion feature is already in the SVN. (together with PBS)

Edit: no it's not. I was playing the previous SVN version, that I patched myself.

they have a lot of use. if there is an exit signal after an entrance signal, the entrance signal will only go green if any of the exits are clear. usually used for station entrances. so if you place exit signals at the entrance to every station platform, and place an entrance signal and the junction before all those exit signals, then when a all platforms are in use, the entrance signal will remain red, even if the path is clear.

without that, when a station is full, trains would go to the nearest platform and wait for that train to leave, if the train in the station is a cargo train waiting for something to be delivered by the train waiting for it to leave, thats a jam you are in.

Why don't we get rid of presignals and use pbs for everything? After all, they behave like pre-signals when a junction has more than one exit (as in track, not exit pre-signal), and they are far more efficient for complex junctions.
