Sorry if this has been previously suggested or is already available. I think it would make the game more realistic to avoid trams getting close each other.

Unfortunately TTDX trams are designed to run on streets and the local authorities won't allow us to build semaphors in the middle of the road.
Try this: It might help ... Set your trams to wait for a full load. That way, the following tram will not leave the tram stop immediately after the leading tram, unless there are a lot of passengers waiting at the stop.

Thank you! The big advantage of trams is the double rail in a single tile, that's why I wanted to use them instead of some trains in order to have more space. The problem is that of them getting so close after a while...but thanks anyway!
