´Your Actions Have Been Found out by a Local Official!

Hello board people (not bored btw...). This is my first post here, but Im not new to the game. The reason im posting is not really a problem with the game, but with the patch. I have to use this as i upgraded to XP recently, and I love the bribe authority function. However, as it warned, I was found out and i can now no longer do ANYTHING with the local authority! I had a great ´exclusive transport rights´ thng going in one town, and now i can´t do the. Is there any way round this? I have tried looking through the CFG file, but there is nothing there to stop it. Anybody?

I think I may have a sollution to your problem.

1: Back up all saved games and scenarios you want to keep.
2: Remove the game or just delete the folder if you can´t uninstall it properly.
3: Re-install the Windows version of the game.
4: Re-install the patch.

Try playing it now. Work?

Ohhhhh wait forget that last message. I thought there was something wrong with the game.

If you have bribed the local authority there is a chance of you being caught. As a resault, you will not be able to do anything in the local authority for 2 months I think. You have to wait for 2 months then you will be aloud to do it again. I think it´s 2 months, not quite sure - I don´t use that option.
